Every single person that got to work with James will relate to this memory.. of his relentless, daily emails to the call centre pointing out that he was the only person available skilled in to taking Zenith calls. Also, his continous replies to thread emails continuing on jokes with his dry humour. He was always a polite person to every person he came into contact with (even when challenged by awkward customers!) I'm so grateful I got the opportunity to meet and work with such a beautiful person. Rest In Peace James ♡
